Project Description:

We’re replacing approximately 10,150 linear feet of existing 6-inch and 8-inch water distribution mains in the Borough of North Arlington, NJ on the following streets: Argyle Place, Beech Street, Chestnut Street, Devon Street, Elm Street, and Forest Street between the Belleville Turnpike and their respective dead ends near the Holy Cross Cemetery.

This project includes the replacement of 10,150 LF of existing water mains ranging in size from 6-inches – 8-inches installed between 1920-1930’s with new 8-inch ductile iron water mains, new valves, hydrants and approximately 380 new service connections. The anticipated construction costs are estimated to be around $12 million.
